Working With Your Cycle (Seminar) - Learn the basics of a woman’s hormonal cycle and how to live and work harmoniously with it. Ideal for women of all stages of their hormonal journey  or any person looking to understand cycling in more detail and particularly how we can improve the way we show up for each other and ourselves day to day.


Birth Prep Session (One-on-one) - In a private session with a seasoned doula, you will have the opportunity to discover and discuss your birth preferences using evidence-based information and non-judgmental support. There is no right way to give birth, and this tailored session will help you craft and define your unique preferences for labor, highlighting your trusts and your fears, and holding space for the unknown. Our goal is that you leave this session feeling more prepared for labor - mind, body, and soul - empowering you to feel confident in welcoming your baby. 


Returning to Work (One-on-one) - Returning to work as a new parent can bring up a lot of emotions and challenges. This one-on-one session with an experienced doula will provide you the space to discuss your unique situation as you balance new parenthood with heading back into work. Some of the topics we can discuss are: holding space to process your birth and early postpartum period, how to navigate your specific dynamics of balancing parenthood and work, offer education and options for feeding your baby, pumping and bottle feeding prep, identify shifts, relationship shifts, and much more. 


Family Nutrition - A workshop aimed at families, focusing on how to prepare healthy meals that appeal to both kids and adults. Learn tips for involving children in cooking and teaching them about nutrition.
